Now, through our podcast, motivational speaking, and coaching services, we help others overcome obstacles and achieve success.

Hi, I’m Jonathan Crawford!

I also coach world-changers and leaders on how to win in life and career. However, there was once a time I was immersed in a life I did not want. A life of unfulfillment, isolation, self-sabotage, lost dreams and fear. I was stuck in a cycle many never come out of. I knew my fear would either hold me back or propel me forward. I chose to move forward. I shifted my mindset from a life of dysfunction. But I did not stop there.

I kept putting in the work. I kept transforming my mindset. I applied myself and received 7 promotions within 14 years, leading to the appointment of CEO. Today, I experience joy and fulfillment in all areas of my life. I love spending time with family, cycling, traveling, exploring new recipes and restaurants (I’m definitely a foodie), watching inspiring movies, and mentoring. I have become my wildest dreams, and you can, too!

Hi, I’m Rick Crawford!

I always wanted to be a firefighter growing up. As a child, I had this deep desire to do all I could to help others, and that desire paved the road to my success. Growing up in a drug and gang-infested neighborhood, I became a Fire Cadet at the age of 16. Facing immense pressure and challenges, I volunteered for six thousand hours and was officially welcomed into the LAFD at twenty-one. I kept putting in the work, and I loved it. It wasn’t until later in my career that I experienced a quantum leap. 

I earned three extraordinary promotions within seven years with elite performances. I placed #15 out of 174 candidates on the list for Captain I, #1 out of 44 candidates on the list for Captain II, and #8 out of 37 candidates on the list for Battalion Chief. In addition, I serve as a media spokesperson for the LAFD and for fire departments across the state of California. I enjoy family time, traveling, mentoring others to success and connecting with the LA community even more in this role. I’m the proud father of two daughters, both college graduates from prestigious east coast universities, and one teenage son, who is an aspiring professional tennis player.

Hi, I’m Pastor Shep Crawford!

I’ve been blessed to have accumulated many accolades over the course of my professional career and personal life. On the music side, my greatest accomplishment is becoming the first producer in history to produce and co-write a song that stayed at number one on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Billboard Charts for fourteen consecutive weeks. That same song, "Nobody's Supposed To Be Here" is ranked as Billboard's number five song of all time in the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop category. 

As a pastor/activist, my biggest accomplishment is becoming the President of United We Stand Up, a coalition of gang and ex-gang members from different neighborhoods on the Eastside of South LA, who have come together in an effort to end gang wars and unite each community into one community of love.
